Placing an order with altesse.ro implies your agreement with the terms and conditions of altesse.ro.

PRODUCTS OFFERED. PRICING POLICY

Altesse Concept Store reserves the right to select its customers. Products sold through www.altesse.ro are new, in original packaging and, at the time of delivery, are accompanied by a tax invoice, in accordance with current legislation. Products and services are offered under the conditions of compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of available stock. For this reason, Altesse Concept Store reserves the right not to honor a specific order if the respective product is no longer available in the current offer.

Not all products on the site are in stock. The customer will be informed by phone or email if a product is in stock or not, if it can be custom-made, and the time required for this.

If the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, you must pay a 30% advance, with the remainder to be paid upon delivery of the product. If you do not like the ordered model or it does not fit, it can be exchanged or returned. Upon return, you will receive your money back.

In the event that the buyer does not pay the difference, the amount paid as an advance, as well as the product, remain the property of the seller, in this case Altesse Concept Store SRL (www.altesse.ro). The product will be kept by Altesse Concept Store SRL (www.altesse.ro) in storage for a maximum of 5 days from the date of communication by the buyer of the refusal of payment, during which time the buyer can pay the remaining amount.

The prices presented are expressed in Lei (RON) and do not include delivery costs, unless expressly specified on the site. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the Altesse Concept Store sales consultant at the time of confirming the order as a firm order.

During its operation, www.altesse.ro will organize special promotional offers, for which it will provide customers with the conditions of the promotions, the promotion mechanism, and its duration. Altesse Concept Store reserves the right to unilaterally modify and/or interrupt, without prior notice, the running of any special offer on www.altesse.ro. Altesse Concept Store also reserves the right to unilaterally restrict access to any of the special offers organized for any customer or user suspected of attempting to circumvent or improperly or abusively use the benefits of that offer.

Altesse Concept Store SRL (www.altesse.ro) cannot guarantee and cannot assume responsibility that the information presented on the site is correct, complete, or updated, nor can it guarantee that the services offered through this site are accessible, uninterrupted, and error-free.

Prices, offers, and images may be changed without prior notice.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay cash on delivery, when the package reaches its destination, by card, or by card in an interest-free installment system.

RETURN POLICY

"The consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products" according to Government Ordinance 130/2000, for individuals purchasing products from websites, using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in Government Ordinance 130/2000, art. 2 lit.e.

Product returns are mandatory after you have notified us in writing.

We reserve the right not to accept returned packages without prior written notification.

The return of products will be at the customer's expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. Altesse Concept Store will refund the value of the order within a maximum of 15 days from the date of written termination of the contract. The refunded amount, as well as the return conditions, do not include transport costs. Products that show physical alterations, signs of wear, missing labels, and original packaging, etc., are not accepted for return.

Packages with cash on delivery or whose transport payment has not been made by the sender will not be accepted!

Refunds will be made to a bank account (specified by the client in the written notification)!

"Clients" or "consumers" are only natural persons. Clients with legal personality do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract; the relevant legislation refers only to natural persons.

The customer is responsible for the damage or loss of the product during the exchange or return transport of products to Altesse Concept Store.

Products that have been modified (customized) at the customer's request cannot be returned!

The return of products is subject to this law only for products delivered to customers by fast courier. Orders that have been picked up from the Altesse Concept Store headquarters are not considered distance contract commerce but rather sales through specialized stores, as they can be viewed, checked, and accepted in person, as suitable for the customer's purpose and needs.

Products purchased from the Outlet and marked as such cannot be returned!

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Altesse Concept Store SRL certifies that it will respect the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

We guarantee the security and confidentiality of data hosted and transmitted through our information system. This information will be used by the company to send the user order confirmations, various special offers, and promotions only with their prior consent. The client/user can request the deletion of data from the database by email at contact@altesse.ro.

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, Altesse Concept Store SRL has the obligation to administer safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data provided by customers: commercial communications, product delivery, and issuing tax documents.

We recommend that you take care of your account login details and do not disclose them to anyone. Altesse Concept Store does not assume responsibility if another person obtains your password and accesses your account without authorization. Altesse Concept Store does not assume responsibility if personal data is modified or stolen by unauthorized persons.

Unauthorized access within the site, to its content, photos, users' personal data, or the server is considered fraud. This will be investigated as such by the competent authorities. The name Altesse Concept Store, the online store, and the products cannot be associated with anything that may conflict with the status and interests of Altesse Concept Store SRL. The site www.altesse.ro can be accessed for personal interest. The site cannot be exploited for other purposes and cannot be copied partially or totally.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Altesse Concept Store SRL offers a 30-day warranty from the purchase of the product. To benefit from the warranty, the product must be presented in its original packaging, with everything that accompanied it, the tax invoice, or the fiscal receipt. If the product is not accompanied by these documents, money cannot be refunded, or the respective product cannot be exchanged. The warranty is offered for deficiencies not attributable to the consumer, provided that the recommendations for use and maintenance are respected. In case of a complaint, please contact the online store team at contact@altesse.ro. Keep the invoice or fiscal receipt to prove the purchase of the product.
